Our Services in Long Term Care

 

Our In-Home Support Service is able to offer additional support to clients and staff in long term care across HRM.

Folks in the long term care sector may be more familiar with the title "4th Level Worker" to describe the role they fill in the nursing home environment.

For more than a year, this dedicated team has been making a difference in numerous long term care homes. They aim to take pressure off of the care team, offering help with time-intensive tasks including:

  • assisting clients at mealtime

  • making beds

  • answering call bells

  • putting away laundry

  • offering one-on-one support to clients

  • and so much more!
